In 2007, Europe Projection invested in 2 new multi-axis turning and milling machines to increase productivity: 3 additional axes for milling and a C axis for turning.

Continuing this policy of competitive investment, the company acquired a new machine in 2015, a perfect combination of a lathe and a multi-axis machining centre (9).
This machine allows complex operations to be carried out in order to obtain the finished part at the end of the operation. Equipped with a poly-articulated robot, it can carry out continuous series production of up to 1000 parts.

In 2019, a twin-spindle lathe with a motorised turret will be acquired. This high-productivity machine guarantees high-performance machining thanks to its precision stability and fast movements (up to 30 m/min).
Continuous production is carried out on this lathe by a short bar feeder with a diameter of up to 60 mm.

At the end of 2021, to improve its vertical milling capacity, Europe Projection is investing in a direct drive machining centre with longer X and Y strokes while keeping floor space to a minimum. The size of the workpieces to be produced and loaded has thus been improved.
This direct drive spindle reduces vibration and noise when machining at high speeds, ensuring greater comfort and efficiency.
With a quick tool change and the addition of a 4th NIKKEN axis, this machine makes the sequence of machining operations more dynamic.

The acquisition of this latest machine was made possible thanks to the participation and support of the Rhône-Alpes Region.

The complementarity and versatility of these high-performance tools enables us to manufacture more than 90% of our parts with controlled costs and lead times.
